Hospital Medical Director on the Washington Coast. Enjoy a flexible schedule- for both a 20 hour per week admin role, and 6-8 shifts per month clinical. Love the outdoors and year-round recreation? Directorship is approximately .5FTE (20 hrs/wk.). Chart review, utilization, quality improvement, coordination, scheduling. Work 6-8 clinical shifts per month, with flexibility to determine your own schedule- days, swing or nights. Hourly rate for clinical $165-180 with 15-20% premium for vacation fill-ins. Paid time off and an excellent benefits/retirement package. Thirteen full-time hospitalists on staff. Open ICU, vent management required. Opportunity to create own administrative schedule, incorporating remote work, with at least one day per week on-site. Physician will need to reside in the area- this is not a position the lends itself to traveling in.. ABIM Board Certification and leadership/chart review experience required.
