Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Hospitalist / Nocturnist job in Caribou, ME paying $165/hour - $175/hour.
Specialty: Hospitalist/Nocturnist
- Start Date: 2/27/25
- Contract Length: Specific Dates: 2/27-3/4 and 3/29-4/3
- Shift Details: 6p-6a
- Schedule: 10-14 shifts per month
Work Details:
- 23-30 patients per day. Low ER admissions
- No procedures required.
- EMR: CPSI/Thrive
- 6 bed ICU, procedures, and intubation optional since we have ER Doc and Anesthesia to assist with these
- 12 hour shifts 6p-6a
- sole hospitalist on nights w/ excellent nursing staff
- Inpatient care
- Community profile includes a large cohort of elderly patients with co-morbidities
- Reason for need: Recruiting for perm
- Need candidates with ME license due to start date
- IM Only no FP
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes, required
- License Required: ME, yes
- DEA: yes
- CSR: n/a
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, COVID Vaccine
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~30-45 days
