We are hiring for swing Hospitalists and Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:

• We seek team members who can start on or before January 1, 2026, and who are Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
• We seek one swing shift admitting hospitalist, and one nocturnist.
• All levels of experience considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

• Our model is 182 nights per year, working 7 on, 7 nights off, Tuesday – Monday. Shift hours are 12 hours in length.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swing shift Hospitalists will manage the admission process with backup from rounding hospitalists.
• Nocturnists will manage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses throughout the night in collaboration with the Advanced Practice Provider.
• Our team does not respond to Code Blue or admit or treat patients in the ICU
