We are hiring for swing Hospitalists and Nocturnist positions. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- We seek team members who can start on or before January 1, 2026, and who are Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.
- We seek one swing shift admitting hospitalist, and one nocturnist.
- All levels of experience considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- Our model is 182 nights per year, working 7 on, 7 nights off, Tuesday – Monday. Shift hours are 12 hours in length.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swing shift Hospitalists will manage the admission process with backup from rounding hospitalists.
- Nocturnists will manage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses throughout the night in collaboration with the Advanced Practice Provider.
- Our team does not respond to Code Blue or admit or treat patients in the ICU

Bridgeton is a suburb of Greater St. Louis, located a short, 25-minute commute to downtown St. Louis. Named the “20-minute city” for little traffic and easy commute, St. Louis is best known for the Gateway Arch, built in the 1960s honoring westward expansion.

- Compensation: $327,600 – $364,000 annually
