Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in eastern Pennsylvania with an opportunity for a Pediatric Hospitalist to assist their team short-term.
About the Opportunity:
- Flexible Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts, specific dates
- Level I Newborn Nursery
- Low patient volumes
- Annual Deliveries: 700, or ~2 per day
- Will attend high-risk deliveries, perform newborn resuscitation as needed, see newborns in mother-baby unit, and attend to small inpatient pediatric unit
- Procedures: Circumcision experience preferred
- Neonatologists available via telehealth connection
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
