Job Description: Full-Time Hospitalist Physician
Location: St. Joseph, Missouri
Salary : $200-$250/hr + Medical Director stipend + Bonus

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Rotational 7 on/7 off schedule with shifts ranging from 5-6 hours, providing excellent work-life balance.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $200-$250, with Medical Director stipend and bonus opportunities, totaling $400k-$450k annually.

• Support: Work in a supportive environment with Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and scribe assistance, as well as travel and licensing support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care to adult patients, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage and coordinate patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Engage in communication with patients, families, and staff to deliver compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri.
