Jefferson Health Torresdale Hospital has a new per diem Hospitalist opening to cover day shifts.

The Medical Hospitalist will render professional medical services to hospitalized patients, admitting medical patients, providing supervision for resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients. Maintain and follow medical patients as assigned. Responsible for admissions, rounding, and discharging patients with the assistance of Advanced Practice Professionals.

Jefferson Health-Torresdale delivers a wide range of emergency, primary and specialty care in a warm, friendly, service-oriented environment. The Torresdale Campus is a Comprehensive Stroke, STEMI, and Level II Trauma center. Torresdale also offers a Faculty/Teaching service with a full complement of resident physicians.

Compensation: $160 per hour.
