We are hiring a Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

  • Enjoy a solid work-life balance with flexible scheduling options, including day, swing, and night shifts, with a 7 on/7 off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join a close-knit team working together seamlessly in a 286-bed facility.
  • Work 12-hour shifts with a co-managed ICU and intensivist support during the day, Monday through Friday—no procedures required.
  • Manage an average of 18 or fewer daily encounters, ensuring a manageable patient flow.
  • The practice utilizes EPIC EMR for seamless communication and patient care, with 24-hour access to radiology, lab, anesthesia, orthopedic, vascular, cath lab, and surgical services to support comprehensive care.
