Details/Requirements:
--Board Certification: IM/FM
--7 nights on 7 nights off
--7pm-7am
--APP in house with provider from 7pm-3am
--Average admissions: 7
--Floor cross coverage (120 beds)
--Rapid responses and codes (along with code team, ER doc, and anesthesiology)
--No procedures required
--Open ICU with intensivist consultant
--Compensation package - > 400k
--Salary 350k
--Productivity bonus based on RVUs paid in biweekly paycheck
