- Average Daily Encounters: 16
- Staffing Model:
- 15 hospitalist shifts, 2 hospitalists per day
- 9 hours in-house/15 hours on-call, and a rounding shift
- Admit and round in the 4-bed ICU

Salary
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $85/hour to $124/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $112/hour to $150/hour.
