Nocturnist opening in Florida - Located in Daytona Beach, FL - Orlando 50m - Full time, permanent position - Experience Required - Group started in the 1990s - The group has 2 nocturnists who cover night calls - 200-230 patients per day as an average census for the hospitalist group - Night role Nocturnist: - 1 Nocturnist staffed at the main facility - 12-hr scheduled nights from 7pm-7am, minimum of 14 shifts a month - Supervise 1 APP helping at night to answer calls and see patients - Nocturnist and APP will be on call to troubleshoot for the whole group's patients Job Details/Qualifications: - Full time or Part Time, Employed position - Must be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Must obtain a Florida license - Experience preferred but not required - Opportunity for leadership and involvement in quality improvement projects and committees - Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group Benefits: - Competitive compensation in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics. - Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision and a Matched 403(b) retirement plan, Unmatched 457 deferred comp plan also available. - Sovereign immunity covers malpractice - 30 days for vacation, CME, sick, and/or holidays - NO STATE INCOME TAX - keep more of your wealth for you and your family! - Up to $2,800 per year for professional dues and memberships in 2 organizations. $3,000 for CME - Relocation assistance/ Sign on bonuses in accordance with policy - Qualifying employer for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness program
