Compensation & Benefits:
- The Hospitalists work in a 1:3 group, making more or less 122 shifts per year.
- The average medicine census is 6-8 patients with some swing-beds in the patient mix.
- About 10 shifts per month
- Shift rate of $2000 for 24 hour shift
- Procedures based mostly on your comfort level
- Critical access hospital
- Working with all ages
- 4 bed ICU
- Affiliated Hospital is a 501(c)3 non-profit critical access hospital located in eastern Idaho.
