Join Central Michigan's leading private, non-profit hospital as a full-time Hospitalist.

  • Multiple Positions Available-- including daytime rounding, daytime admitting, swing shift admitting, and nocturnist admitting shifts.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a flexible schedule that does not follow the traditional 7-on/7-off model, allowing for a better work-life balance.
  • Work Structure: Our physicians work 12-hour shifts, providing consistent and predictable work hours. Rounding shifts: 7am- 7pm, Admitting shifts: 7am- 7pm, 11am -11pm, 5pm-5am and 8pm- 8am.
  • Employment Benefits: As a hospital-employed medical group, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
