- Shift Times: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 4p-4a
Clinical Information:
- Number of beds: 280
- Daily admissions: 5-10
- Patients rounding on per day: 18-22
- Full Support Staff
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified in ABIM or FM
- Active FL License
- Must be willing to work a 7 on 7 off schedule
- Required Experience: Inpatient work in the past
