HNI Healthcare and Doctor's Hospital of Laredo are currently seeking a full-time BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join the Hospitalist Team at Doctors Hospital. Practicing and graduating residents in 2025 to be considered.

This opportunity Features:

  • 183-bed Level III Trauma Center
  • 24-bed Open ICU
  • No procedures, no codes
  • Flexible block scheduling 7 on/ 7 off (7a-7p)
  • 4 physicians rounding daily; 1 physician rounding nights
  • Excellent compensation & benefits package offered

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

  • Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
  • Board certified, or board eligible, Internal Medicine MD or DO
  • Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
