This government client offers a unique opportunity that pays daily rates for full and half-days. There are two options for coverage… you can perform patient evaluations at the facility in Hazelhurst or if you have a practice within 50 miles of Hazelhurst, you can see the patients there. The facility currently needs 10 days/week and will consider multiple physicians to meet the need. Great opportunity for supplemental income serving veterans.

• Quick credentialing & onboarding
• No prescribing or treatment
• DMA certification is required; must obtain if confirmed.

Compensation: Daily rates for full or half-day shifts (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT, no admin time)

• Full-day Shifts - $1000.00 for 5-8 hours
• Half-day Shifts – $500.00 for up to 4 hours
• One-time bonus of $650.00 for completing all required training and working first shift/exam
