We are hiring for a Hospitalist and a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- We have multiple shift options, Nights 7 pm – 7 am or Days 7a-7p
Key Responsibilities:
- We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an 8-bed open ICU with 24/7 Tele-intensivist support.
- The ICU is closed, and our team is not expected to perform procedures or run codes. A rapid response team assists.
- During the day shift, we have three physicians: one who covers the ICU inpatients and one APP who practices independently.
- The nocturnist role does have ICU coverage responsibilities and averages 4-6 admissions.
- For those who like to teach, we work with medical students, APPs, and residents from MyMichigan Family Medicine residency, MSU, CMU, GVSU, and more.
