- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine hospitalist
- Work for a private hospitalist group
- Seeking coverage for up to 10 shifts a month
- You can work 2-10+ shifts a month – very flexible
- Work at a specialty hospital – you’d see patients for their internal medicine needs
- No ER
- No admissions
- No ICU
- You’d assist with code response – very rare
- Post surgical follow up
- Day shifts are 7a-4p, nights are 4p-7a – client can be flexible, if needed
- Single coverage
- Days: see anywhere between 6-18 patients during the week
- Weekends: very low volume, if any – no surgeries are scheduled on the weekend
- Nights are extremely slow
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing takes 1-3 months but the group will work to get it expedited
