Opportunity:
- Hospitalist group consists of 6 Hospitalists, 2 Nocturnists and 4 Per Diems in addition to midlevel providers.
- Seeking associates who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital.
- The candidates seeking full-time employment can expect to work a 7 on 7 off schedule. There is a dedicated employee to rounding 8 hours M-F. The Hospitalist schedule allows for a balance between personal and professional life.
- Nazareth has a census of 10-14 patients per physician shift. 60% of patients are seen by the Hospitalist and 40% are seen by Private Physicians.
- Open ICU
- Not required to do any procedures. There is a team to help with vents.
