Job Responsibilities
12 and 24 hour shifts for Phy and 12 hour shifts during the week for the CNM and 24 hours on w/e’s
Level IVI NICU
Annual Hospital Deliveries: 4,250
Estimated OBHG annual deliveries: 1,500
Estimated OBHG monthly encounters: 495
MFM inhouse
In-house anesthesia 24/7
EMR: Meditech
Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: Yes
Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Occasionally
First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes provided by hospital
Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No
Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
Current pay as follows for perm:
Less than 5 shifts= $155/hour
5-7 shifts= $160 per hour
8+ shifts= $170 per hour
