- Practice is located 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio & 70 miles from both Indianapolis and Cincinnati.
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking BC/BE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physicians to join hospital employed practice
- Block schedule 7on/7off
- 12 hour shift - 7am - 7pm
- Large Referral Base
- Excellent Sub-Specialty Support
- EPIC Smart Rooms
- Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site
