Position Description:
Facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Pittsfield, ME. This full-time position offers a fixed hourly rate and a consistent 7x7 schedule, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient care to patients admitted to Hospital.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care during hospital stays.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform rounds, admit and discharge patients, and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Eligible for H1B and J1 visa sponsorship.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a 7x7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off).
- 12-hour onsite shifts during the day.
