- Received the 2022 Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award with Target Stroke Honor Roll Elite and Target Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Get With the Guidelines program.
- Certified as a Primary Plus Stroke Center by DNV Healthcare.
- Accredited as a Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiologists at Level 5 in 2014 and 2017, with cycle VI in process and completion target date of 6/21.
- Designated as a Cardiac Receiving Center by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• BE/BC with the American Board of Internal Medicine
• Texas licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Texas
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus; however not required
Working Hours
• Shift based; block scheduling – 7 on 7 off with some schedule flexibility for improved quality of life
• 1 swing shift and 1 nocturnist along with two Advanced Practice Providers during day and 1 at night
