**Overview:**

We are seeking internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM) trained hospitalists who are board certified or board eligible to provide high-quality patient care in a busy practice with a wide range of acuity, including ICU coverage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Patient Care:** Deliver comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, including those in the ICU. Basic vent management is preferred, but no procedures are required.
- **Shift Details:** Work 12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm, ensuring continuous patient care and effective handoffs.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and improve outcomes.
