We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist for a locum tenens position in Saranac Lake, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inpatient care, including conducting rounds, admissions, discharges, and patient consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care
• Conduct daily rounds and manage admissions and discharges
• Consult with specialists as needed
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in New York
• Procedures including central lines, vent management and intubation
• 8 Bed ICU (coverage)
  

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts 630pm-630am
• 7 days on/7 days off rotation nights
