Provident Hospital of Cook County is seeking a Nocturnist Hospitalist-Attending Physician to join their team in Chicago, Illinois. Responsibilities include inpatient clinical care, included in an open ICU which requires procedural competence. Access to specialties is available by phone. - Call Coverage is dependent on staffing
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine (DO).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid Illinois Controlled Substance License
- Valid licensure Drug Enforcement Administration
- Experience with ventilator management, intubation, performance of bedside procedures (central venous line placement, arterial line placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture)
