Dothan, Alabama, Hospitalist Job Clinical Role:

    • CME and Professional fees allowances.-Hospital-employed Hospitalist group seeks additional Internal Medicine residency trained physicians to join a robust, rapidly growing practice
    • Provide coverage for unassigned patients who present to ED requiring inpatient care, care for transfers and in[1]hospital consults
    • Admit and co-manage with intensivist support adult patients in critical care
    • 12-hour work shifts, 7a - 7p
    • Minimum requirement is 12 shifts/month
    • Flexible, individualized scheduling
    • 24-hour subspecialty support available for all specialties including presence of in-house radiology physician 24/7
    • 24/7 pulm/critical care support for all CC admissions
