Our client, a not-for-profit hospital, part of an extensive hospital network, consisting of more than 300 physicians, was founded in the 1890s. Serving the communities of central Ohio, this facility is a level II trauma center and hosts 260 beds.
Details:
Surgeries per month: 50
Case mix: No spine or pelvic - Bread n Butter, emergent hands, upper/lower extremities. PEDS get shipped to another hospital.
1 MD/1 APC Tuesday-Friday (7a-5p)
Credentialing: 60-90 days
EMR: Epic

Job Responsibilities
Accept in-house consults, perform rounds on patients in house, conduct post-surgical follow-up in hospital sponsored follow-up clinic 3 days per week.
Goal of service is to improve community access to orthopedic care, service and reduce outmigration.
Ideal candidate is a physician who will support the staff and work in a collegial manner while being fully proficient in the care of general orthopedic patients.
Provide support and learning opportunities for the staff.
Qualifications
Active DEA
Board Certified
ACLS and BLS certifications
Updated CV with mm/yyyy format
Clean malpractice/background history
*Must have 15 days a month minimum of availability to be considered for this role.*
