An independent Critical Access Hospital in Northwestern Nebraska seeks an ER/Hospitalist physician to join their collegial growing team due to community need:
• Flexible schedule options with nine to ten 24-hr shifts per month.
• Level IV Trauma Center with automatic acceptance deferral patterns in place.
• AVEL tele-emergency medicine support with direct access to Level I Trauma physicians.
• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site
• Light ED and inpatient volumes allowing time to focus on quality patient care.
• Competitive permanent guarantee and up to $75,000 in onboarding incentives
