Enterprise Medical is seeking Hospitalists to join a community-based non-profit 200-bed teaching hospital, 20 miles outside of Boston, Massachusetts.


The Practice

  • Seven on, seven off (option for part-time)
  • The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7
  • Option to teach transitional year residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
  • Daytime Hospitalists earn 319,000 base plus quality and RVU bonuses
  • Nocturnists earn 374,000 base plus quality and RVU bonuses
