  • Join our close-knit team of 20 hospitalist physicians and two infectious disease clinicians at Dignity St. Bernardine’s Medical Center.

  • Dignity St. Bernardine’s Medical Center earned an “A” rating through Leapfrog Safety.
  • For those interested in teaching, a family practice-trained clinician is needed to serve as a preceptor for the family medicine program starting in July 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • H1B candidates are invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • 7on/7off schedule with a guarantee of 15.2 average shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We work in an open ICU environment, but no procedures are required. The Sound Critical Care team is the backup for procedures.
  • Standard duties include admissions, med/surg rounding, H&P, discharge, and ICU admitting.

  • Compensation: Flexible compensation package with base rates between $262,990- $281,190 base salary dependent on experience and shift.
