Position Highlights:

• Established team of 10 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers, with the support of a clinical performance nurse and program manager
• Actively involved with graduate medical education programs
• Our ICU is co-managed with an intensivist from 7a-7p so we only cover milder cases
• We have a teaching program who works closely with family and internal medicine residents daily
• Weekly team huddles
• Flexible scheduling to ensure work/life balance
