Hospitalist Opportunity in Mobile, Alabama (Gulf Coast)!!

Increased census
Everyone paid same: $305 base + $25K paid bi-annually based on patient satisfaction and length of stay
$15K sign-on, $10k moving expense
No PTO
Prefer IM, will take FM with Hospitalist experience
Not willing to sponsor a visa
18 shifts per month
12 shifts: leave after rounding around 2 p.m.
6 shifts: 7 a – 7p, 3 days + 7p -7a, 3 nights
NPs do majority of admits
Excellent earning potential
20-22 patients per shift
Rapid response & code team to run codes
Open ICU with large pulmonary intensivist group as primary caregivers
13 rural hospitals feed Hospital
Clinical autonomy with a financially sound health system
EMR System – Cerner
Located on the Gulf Coast
