I’m the hospitalist medical director for Sound Physicians at Presbyterian Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, New Mexico. I proudly have been with Sound since 2020 and welcome interest from new graduates and seasoned clinicians. People
- We are a team of four physicians and two daytime advanced practice providers, dedicated to improving health and wellness in New Mexico.
- Our team comprises clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
- Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- ACNP candidates are preferred.
Practice
- The hospital has 106 licensed beds; we work in an open ICU environment with seven beds.
- Procedures are not mandatory for our team. Code responses are handled by both our dedicated hospitalist and emergency room teams. Ensuring a collective and supportive approach.
- Experience EPIC EMR’s convenience and access to Sound’s internal informatics platform.
- The day shift rate is $1,800, and the night shift rate is $2,100. You are also eligible for productivity and quality bonuses.
- The medical director stipend is $30K annually.
- Full-time clinical position with a seven-day on, seven-day off schedule.
- This role offers a $75K commencement bonus.
