Location: A city located in southeastern Ohio, with a charming downtown area with historic buildings, shops, and restaurants. 75 miles to Columbus!

Facility: Hospital providing a wide range of medical services to the community and surrounding areas. It offers comprehensive healthcare services, including emergency care, surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, rehabilitation, behavioral health services, and specialty care. The medical center is equipped with modern facilities and staffed by skilled healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients.

Opportunity:
  • Looking for an experienced Hospitalist for two sites starting in December. Need is mostly for nights will have a few days, provider must be open to both shifts.
  • EMR-MediTech
  • Daily census- 31.6
  • Nightly admissions- average about 5-6
  • Physician shifts- (2) 7a-7p, (1) 7p-7a
  • APP shifts- (2) 7a-7p
  • Number of ICU beds- 12
  • Specialty Coverages- Pulmonology Mon-Fri (but will accept evening and weekend calls), Surgery, Ortho, Cardiology, Pediatrist, Optho, Interventional Radiology (para, thoracentesis, bone marrow, ports) Picc line nurse
  • Procedures Required- Intubation with assistance from RT they are currently being trained to intubate all patients, Central line insertions (frequent), Vent managing
  • Procedures Preferred- chest tubes, lumbar puncture
  • No call!
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
