Beautiful hospital facility in charming small town; 75 beds, all private rooms Independent, not-for-profit health system – qualifies for Federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness, some rural state student loan programs.
Paid malpractice, great benefits; 15 shifts/180 hours per month in a flexible schedule, extra shifts available at $175/hour Days and nights needed 3 Hospitalists on during the day with average patient load of 12-15, rotating admissions – follow patients from admission to discharge. 1 Hospitalist on at night. No APPs to supervise. Specialty support: Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Nephrology, part time Pulmonology, part-time Hem/Onc Open ICU, procedures optional – EICU coming in early 2024 with 24/7 tele-support from Board Certified Critical Care Intensivists, vital signs monitored, etc.
