* Located in Appleton & Neenah Wisconsin - Green Bay 33m; Milwaukee 107m_x000D_
* Seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join an established program of 30 providers._x000D_
* 7 on/7 off (7a-7p)_x000D_
* NP/PA support on days_x000D_
* No procedures required_x000D_
* Average patient census: 10-13 patients per day, round robin admissions_x000D_
* Daily multidisciplinary rounds with case management, nursing, physical/occupational therapy, and pharmacist_x000D_
* Solid referral base of 225+ providers_x000D_
* Diverse patient population that provides a broad spectrum of pathologies_x000D_
* Closed ICUs with excellent Critical Care support from Pulmonary and Anesthesia_x000D_
* ThedaCare Stroke, Cardio, Inpatient Rehab, and Inpatient Psych Units available_x000D_
* Available on-site resources include: Hospice, Palliative Care, Dietary, PT/OT, Psychiatry, and Speech Therapy_x000D_
