On our rehabilitation medicine team, you will work collaboratively with the primary care and interdisciplinary team, to enhance each patient?s rehabilitation stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life through clinical practice guidelines, critical pathways, health risk assessments, and case management.

We work closely with patients who have neurological and orthopedic conditions. We are leaders in perfecting the practice of medicine and helping patients reach their goals.

This job is exclusively for physicians who are board certified or board eligible in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of minimum $144,000 annually and maximum of $160,000 annually.
