**Post Acute Care Medical Director Opening in Spokane, WA**
Seeking a Medical Director that will include patient care rounding and medical director duties in a post-acute care setting in a skilled nursing facility located in the Spokane and Spokane Valley.
* Round approximately 3.5-5 days a week with the flexibility to choose your rounding schedule, allowing you to develop a good work/life balance.
* 15-20 patients per day
* Day call on days covering, every weekend day call (7a-7p, telephone only)
* Providing primary care rounding in two Skilled Nursing facilities
* Manage chronic disease, diagnosis illness and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
* Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
* Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
* Medical director duties for assigned facilities
* Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians
* Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of one-year primary care experience
* Post acute care experience a plus, but not required
* Leadership background a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
* Active and unrestricted Washington license
* Active and unrestricted DEA
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $250,000 to $350,000 annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible. Full time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, flex time bank, and employee assistance program. Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage.
