Physician will treat hospitalized patients from admission through discharge, conducting history and physical assessments, strategizing to improve and/or manage patient health, and attempting to reduce their length of stay through safe medical practices and recommended treatment plans. * 7 on/7 off schedule, 12-hour shift_x000D_
* Procedures/lines provided by inhouse General Surgery residents_x000D_
* Intubations provided by ER/Anesthesia_x000D_
* ICU is open but managed almost exclusively by Pulm/CC service_x000D_
* Join 6 hospitalists (5 day/1 night) and 7 APPs (5 day/2 night) for every 12-hour shift_x000D_
* CC services provided in-person during days & via tele CC at night_x000D_
* Tele Critical Care service provided by Pulm/CC program & coordinated by APP_x000D_
* Tele-Hospitalist service provides cross coverage as needed_x000D_
