Position Highlights:
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in local post-acute care communities
- Work in skilled nursing facilities, seeing 15-20 patients per day, Monday through Friday
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, rounding on patients as medically necessary
- Handle documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
- Work/life balance
- Collaboration with CPM to create your schedule
- Minimal overnight call requirements
