- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
- Path to Partnership™ program for medical director-employed physicians – after one year, the partnership is evaluated, and partners can double their productivity bonuses.
Purpose
- Our hospitalist practice is very collaborative, and our hospitalists participate in multiple hospital committees. Some of our hospitalists serve as physician advisors.
- We value and support growth and development in our hospital medicine practice, allowing you to explore new opportunities locally and within the broader medical group. Our team members find a committee that they are passionate about, and they serve on them. This gives clinicians the ability to collaborate and bring good change. We feel that your job should be rewarding.
- Transportation and housing challenges are seen within our community. Our team involves social workers and case managers early in a patient’s hospital course to address SDOH.
- Our team participates in many community events and fundraising events.
