Local Team Collaboration:
- We are seeking hospitalists and nocturnists to join our supportive team of 20 physicians and six advanced practice providers (APPs) with help from two clinical performance nurses at St. Joseph East.
- Work in a diverse environment, blending seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
- Collaborate closely with hospital administration through committees and projects to enhance hospital operations and patient care.
- Engage regularly with team members through in-person meetings and social events to foster alignment and connection.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:
- Hospitalist and nocturnist openings
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that values work-life balance, with mutual coverage for time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex cases in a semi-open ICU with 24-hour intensivist support.
- Procedures are optional but encouraged based on your privileges.
- Participate in team huddles at least three times weekly, a monthly all-staff meeting, and educational CME sessions.
