This one will be open for a very short time. As you know, hospitalist jobs are hard to come by for the past several months, and this will close quickly. The opening is in Cameron County from Nov 22-Dec 31. It is scheduled clinic hours only, credentialing timeframe is 30 days (if documents are submitted quickly), and temporary privileges are available. The volume is 18-24 patients per shift. The skills include inpatient and ICU care, but procedures are not required. They would prefer someone who can do non-invasive vent management and EKG interpretation. Night and day shifts are available and this job is ongoing.

• Active, unrestricted TX License
• Clean TX DEA
• ABIM Certified
• Must be able to credential quickly; must have all documents ready to send
• Clean background, DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
