The Nocturnist provides comprehensive clinical care in the inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Hospital service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
Qualifications:
1. Completed approved Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency program in a specialty such as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resulting in board eligibility to board certification.
2. Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
3. Active WV DEA certificate without restrictions.
4. Current BLS and ACLS required.
5. Credentialed and privileged as a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of Mon Health Medical Center.
