St. Luke's Health System seeks a BC/BE Hospitalist physician to join our team of dedicated and compassionate patient-centered providers. The ideal candidate will provide primary coverage for adult patients admitted to St. Luke's Nampa, including med/surg, ICU, tele. Candidates who enjoy full spectrum hospitalist roles, a universal admitter approach, and rural/underserved care, will find this role very fulfilling. We have a positive team culture and collaborative approach to workflows and care. Our Hospitalists participate in quality projects and protocol development that emphasizes coordinated, multi-disciplinary care. In addition to direct patient care, the group facilitates a teaching team of residents from our local training programs.
