Contract Length: Monthly for up to 6 months
Shift Details (hours): Evening shifts 3-11p
Schedule (dates/shifts needed): TBD- one week per month
Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: one week
• Patients per day: 12-16
• Patient Population/Age: Adult mainly
• Department Description: Hospitalist (internal medicine)
• EMR: Excellian
Requirements:
• Board Certification: IM preferred- could entertain an FP if acute hospitalist experience
• License Required or will you license : MN state license
• Is a DEA required: yes
• Certifications Preferred:
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of experience preferred; some hospitalist inpatient hospital experience required
• Credentialing 90-120 days
