Hospital is actively recruiting nocturnists and day hospitalists. The hospital is situated approximately 35 minutes from downtown Boston. It is consistently recognized by Blue Cross and Blue Shield as one of the top quality hospital in all of Massachusetts. Further, it has achieved the title of “Truven Top 100 Hospitals” multiple times and is one of only 40 hospitals nationwide to have achieved “A” grades for patient safety and patient outcomes.

• Partially closed ICU - the Hospitalists take care of ICU patients, except for the ones who are on a ventilator.
• No procedures
• Hospitalist do respond to codes
• Team of 25 hospitalists at this location.
• Division employs a 7 on, 7 off block schedule.
• Although there are no hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges. Approx 18 patients per day.
• Democratically run, collegial group where providers feel their contributions are recognized and valued.
