Coverage Needs: Seeking nocturnist for coverage of all night shifts. Current Nocturnist is transitioning to day shift. Need is for 7 on 7 off

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION:

• M-Sun | 7p-7a | No Call

JOB INFORMATION

• Typical day: Nocturnist covers all patients at Northwest - admissions, codes, ICU, consults for Rehab, Behavioral Health, surgical, ortho.
• Open ICU
• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• PM Rounding, Will Respond to Codes, Will Provide Coverage for Transitional Care, Rehab and Behavioral Health Unit
• AVG Census: 70 Inpatient
• AVG Admissions: 5-7 per night
• AVG Consults: 1-3
• Patient Mix: 4% cardio, 90% Medical,3% Neuro, 3% Surgical
• Other Specialties Onsite: Pulmonary, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, Urology, Oncology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Some GI
• APP/Mid-Level Coverage not available
• Typical cases seen: CHF, COPD, DKA, Cellulitis, UTI's, pneumonia, A-fib, sepsis, chest pain, CVA, TIA, Resp. failure
• EMR: eRecord - Powerchart
• Time to Credential: 60 - 90 Days
