Locums Hospitalist opportunity in Pennsylvania where on-going daytime coverage is needed
Start Date: 04/01/2023 (Potential 6-12 month assignment)
*** Active PA state license, but will accept providers who need to obtain PA state license ***
*** DEA Required ***
*** Board Certification Required ***
*** Minimum 2 years Experience Required ***
Schedule:
- Daytime: 7am - 7pm
- Full-time, 7 days on and 7 days off
- No Call
- 15 shifts per month
Job Details/Responsibilities:
- Patient mix 100% Adult | 90% Medical | 10% Surgical
- Typical Day: 7 on 7 off daylight schedule manages rounding on patients with one other physician and an advanced practice provider. Physician works from 7a-7p.
- Provider will not work solo
- APP/Mid-Level Coverage Available: Yes
- No Procedures
- Average patient load:35 (split between doctors)
- Admissions: 5-6 per day
- Consults: 2-3 per day
EMR: Paragon-McKesson
Credentialing: 60-90 days, Full Privileges Available
