Palliative Medicine Physician needed in Carrollton, GA (Permanent) 40 minutes to Atlanta, GA Position Highlights: - Location: Carrollton, Georgia (40 miles from Atlanta, GA) - Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week) - Requirements: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Palliative Medicine - Must live locally Salary: $250K guarantee with additional medical director earnings available plus $50K sign on/$50 start date incentives, relocation and full benefits package. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker.
- Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred. Education
- Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General Surgery
- Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship
- Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements Schedule:
- Monday Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)
- Inpatient at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton
